There’s little doubt that changing jobs is often a time consuming task. The process can be arduous and not without undue pressure so I aim to make the process of changing jobs as pain-free and enjoyable as possible for my candidates.

As you no doubt are aware, Covid 19 has affected the employment marketplace and securing new positions will be even more challenging than previously.

I can’t promise to find everyone a position but if we do work together I can promise you I will keep you fully informed about progress and guide you where and when appropriate to put you in the best position you can be to secure a new future.

How I work

I’m consistently assessing new and existing vacancies across my client network to ensure the fit is right between a candidate and client; to ensure that criteria posted match your skills, experience and ambitions in order to optimise your chances of success.

I like to understand your motivation for seeking change, what your ambitions are and the type of organisation you would like to work and grow in. Once onboard and the process is underway, I will make sure you receive a detailed brief not just on the opportunity but also about the company itself.  I want to ensure you are extremely well prepared so I will make clear the processes, key stages and what to expect all the way through the process.

I am always happy to put my extensive experience to work for you too if required, so I will gladly offer you guidance on interviews, career advice/promotion pathways and on how to leave your present organisation on good terms. I do always seek to gain interview feedback for my candidates as this can provide invaluable insight for those seeking new roles and, of course, for any future interviews.
